Advanced polling service (onsite inspection) is thenetwork guarantee to operator customers from Dinghan, as well as a high-endservice of comprehensive inspection to customers’ network and equipment.Polling service conducts early warning to possible problems in customers’network and provides solutions, so as to let them conduct targeted prevention andminimize operation risks.
Note: the aforesaid is normal polling. In specific project, Dinghan will revisethe polling content according to customer’s requirements, equipments andnetworking features, and determine the content by statement of work (SOW). Normally,it’s suggested to keep the number of selected cities or counties no more than2-5 for onsite polling, and conduct distant access inspection to other citiesor counties.
