Re-detection– Multi-dimensional dynamic compensation of detection parameters
Various dynamic compensation technologies are combinedto perform dynamic compensation for all catenary detection parameters throughhorizontal and vertical components, which effectively reduced the impacts ofbodywork hunting motion, nodding, rolling, vertical vibration etc. on detectionresults.
Re-detection– Detection of conducting wire temperature and wear
Based on the catenary dynamic detection function,temperature and wear of catenary is seperately detected by an infrared imagerand a 3D high-precision laser sensor to recognize risks caused by offline arc,loose connectors, oxidation corrosion, normal friction at an early stage,avoiding accidents.
Re-location –Integrated location guiding repair work
“SpeedSensor+Database Location” is combined with multiple location methods, such as“Catenary Pillar or Anchor Segment Joints Detection and Location Method” and“Frequency-shift Signalling Detection and Location Method”, to effectivelyimprove accuracy of fault points locating, overcoming the limitations of poorlocation accuracy of “Speed Sensor+Database Location” in similar products.
Re-presentation – Detecting custom parameter settings
Curvedisplay color, benchmark scale, unit, display,hidden and printing options of all detection items inthe curve charts can be custom set, and ultralimit points standands can be setaccording to specific detection rating requirements of detection institutes, tomeet the requirements of users on various combinations of inquiry, analysis,statistics of detection results, with flexible configurations and easy tooperate.
Re-presentation – Multi-view real-time monitoringmanagement
Real-time bow-net images recorded by multiplecameras can be simultaneously output by a single screen. Real-time correlationsof data, charts and images are enbled by the master monitor, while differentkinds of terminals can be used for monitoring, such as PC, monitors, TV setsetc., which ensues multiple-view synchronous monitoring of the running state ofbow-net.
Re-presentaiton – Traceable ultralimit data analysis
Image recordingand saving in 5 seconds before and after ultralimit points is supported.Overlapping comparison of curve charts and lateral comparison of forms betweencurrent detection data and the historical ones are enabled. It can be combinedwith expert evaluation system to implement normalized assessment of catenaryquality on the one hand, and provide scientific basis for subsequent repairwork schedule according to the closed-loop situations of fault points to berepaired.
Re-presentation– Comprehensive data presentation management
Built-in expertevaluation system is used to perform statistic analysis of vast amounts ofdetection data, to generate real-time and non-realtime curve reports, tabularreports, ultralimit reports, with more complete and intuitive presentation ofdetection data, and efficient and accurate instructions of repair andmaintenance work. Hard disk recording and mobile storage of various detectionreports are supported, as well as real-time and non-realtime printing, optionprinting, all-item printing and export of them.
