On the forenoon ofJuly 26th, 2012, Beijing Dinghan Technology Stock Company limitedwas present on the 2012 China Railway Electrification Technology EquipmentCommunication Conference and Product Exhibition in Beijing Tiantan Hotel, whichis supported by China Railway Society, the Department of Power Supply of Ministryof Railway Transportation Bureau, Engineering Management Center of Ministry ofRailway, Railway Science Research Institute, etc. This conference was sponsoredby the World Railway Development and Research Society, Security Committee ofChina Railway Soceity, Southwest Jiaotong University, etc., and collected manyfamous factories and companies in the track traffic electrification industry.Though the conference was holy held on date 26 and date 27, there was a varietyof new products and new technologies.
Beijing DinghanTechnology Stock Company limited and its branch company of Beijing DinghanCheck Technology Co., Ltd exhibited the safety check devices of C2, C4, C6 onthe site of the exhibition, which were specially researched and developed forthe industry of high speed railway and highly recognized by leaders of theMinistry of Railways, technical experts of power supply of various bureaus andindustrial experts, and won the praise of all enterprises in the exhibition. Theoriginal vice minister of the Ministry of Railway, Guo Lin, the vice directorof the Transportation Bureau of Ministry of Railway and the director of thepower supply department, Wang Baoguo, the chief of the section of electricalwater supplying equipment of power supplying department of the TransportationBureau of Ministry of Railways, Zhou Wei and other leaders visited theexhibition site of Dinghan Company for direction. They highly praised andrecognized the products exhibited by Dinghan Company, and also proposed someconstructive suggestions.
Currently, withthe rapid development of China electrification railway and the continuous increaseof the running speed, higher requirements were imposed on the railway powersupplying system, and particularly, the check on the current carrying qualityof the contact line is also more strictly required. Through multi-yearindustrial experience, professional R&D team and chase on advancedtechnology, Dinghan Company independently researched and developed the dynamiccheck equipment of the contact line, which conforms to the development tendencyof the track traffic no-contact no-loss check. It focuses on no-loss check,failure positioning and data analysis. Because of its outstanding technicalproperty and application value, currently, it is successfully applied inmultiple railway and subway projects, and highly praised by the user.
The C2,C4 and C6safety check devices exhibited by Dinghan Company are developed and producedaccording to the power supplying safety check and monitoring system (6c) of thehigh speed railway of the Ministry of Railway. C2 device adopts the portablevideo collecting equipment, is temporarily mounted on the driver desk of therunning motor train set, carries out the video collection of status of thecontact line, and counts and analyzes the technical status of the suspendingparts of the contact line after the issue. The whole system hardware part isportable, the software part can be conveniently operated, and the running isstable.
Under thecondition of electrified status or non-electrified status of the contact line,C4 device adopts the no-contact check mode, and carry out real-time and dynamiccheck on the geometry parameters of the contact line, carries outhigh-precision imaging check on the parts of the suspended system of thecontact line, forms suggestions for repair on the basis of automaticidentification and analysis of checked data, and directs the elimination of thefailure hidden dangers of the contact line. The personnel-free automaticmonitoring device of the transformer substation in the C6 device is the systemaiming to carry out real-time fixed-point patrolling monitoring of the workstatus of the key equipment of the transformer substation of the railway, formsthermal imagery video and visible light video of the key equipment of real-timemonitoring, and can carry out thermal defect monitoring to provide effectiveand reliable prevention and scientific basis of daily maintenance for the powersupplying equipment of the railway.
As the firstenterprise representative in the conference, the general manager of product departmentof Dinghan Company, Wan Qing respectively introduced Dinghan Company, relevantcheck technologies and technical progress of 6C products. He narrated theno-contact dynamic safety check technology of Dinghan Company in detail,particularly, C2, C4 and C6 devices. The comprehensive power and product progressivenessof Dinghan Company were highly praised by leaders of the Ministry of Railwayand various bureaus on site, and industrial experts.
The conference mainly included the communication ofrelevant technologies of the electrical railway, and idea communication and thecommendation of successful applied technology as the secondary content. The Infrared Temperature Monitoring System ofthe Railway Converting Station which was independently researched anddeveloped by Beijing Dinghan Check Technology Co., Ltd was awarded as Top TenInnovative Technology Prizes, which means the product independently researchedand developed by Dinghan is highly recognized by the Ministry of Railway andthe industry. Under the encouragement of the Ministry of Railway and ChinaRailway Society, in future, Dinghan Company will research and develop more andmore new products suitable for the electrical railway.
During the twodays of the communication conference, besides new products and newtechnologies, Dinghan Company also had contacted with many new ideas andtechnologies. For 10 years, Dinghan Company always took the independentinnovation as the development idea of the enterprise.
