Requirements:
1. Full time junior college degree in electrical and
electronic engineering, automation, communication, computer or related major;
2. Have strong service awareness, teamwork spirit and responsibility;
3. Good at communication, coordination and handling relationship, have a wide
scope of knowledge and interpersonal communication ability;
4. Knowledge about electrical, electronic and automation equipment customer
service is preferred, training experience about electronic equipment debugging,
quality management, project management or marketing is preferred;
5. Working experience in electronic enterprise or customer service experience
in big enterprise is preferred;
6. Good English skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing is
preferred.
Job Content :
1. Equipment installation, debugging and opening service of power and UPS,
etc.;
2. Technical support, onsite maintenance and renovation of power equipment;
3. Write and improve documents related to technical support;
4. Provide training of power equipment to customers;
5. Maintain and improve customer relationship;
6. Follow up and manage spare parts.
